Blake Jones Races for a Cause, Signs with MPM Marketing

Fourteen-year old driver Blake Jones has signed a two year deal with MPM Marketing. Blake will drive for family owned Teddy Jones Racing in the USAR Pro Cup series this year. Fresh off last years rookie of the year award in the late model division at Lonesome Pines Raceway, Blake is one of the hottest names in short track racing. "We are honored to have been chosen to represent Blake for all his marketing needs," said MPM Marketing's Tonya McCallister. "Blake has won over a hundred races and just turned 14, he has the talent to be the next big star in racing." Blake Jones will also race for a wonderful cause in 2011. The team announced they will help the St. Baldrick's Foundation raise awareness and funds using their race car as a rolling billboard this year. "My Nana lost her battle with cancer a few months ago," said Blake Jones. "She was my biggest fan and we will honor her memory by helping the St. Baldrick's Foundation this year." The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity that holds "Shave" events to raise funds to try to conquer kids' cancer. Blake will be in action March 19th at New Smyrna Speedway in the opener of the USAR Pro Cup season.
