Coltman Farms Racing creates nine-event championship contest with World of Outlaws Late Models

CONCORD, NC (April 21, 2025) – Coltman Farms Racing is taking its support of Late Model racing and the World of Outlaws to the next level in 2025 with the creation of the Coltman Farms Racing Cup.

Designed as a nine-event championship contest, hosted at premier events on the 2025 World of Outlaws Real American Beer Late Model Series presented by DIRTVision schedule, the Cup boasts a $10,000 purse to be awarded to the top two points earners.

Points will be awarded to all Feature drivers at each Coltman Farms Racing Cup race, using the World of Outlaws points format. The driver with the most points at the end of the 20-plus race battle will be crowned the champion, receiving the Coltman Farms Racing Cup trophy and $7,500. The second-highest points earner will receive $2,500.

“Supporting short-track racing has always been a top priority for me, as it embodies the essence of our sport,” said Brett Coltman, owner of Coltman Farms Racing. “By collaborating with the World of Outlaws to launch the Coltman Farms Cup, we’re not only expanding our reach, but also celebrating the values of heroism, sportsmanship, pride, community, family and country.

“We take great pride in this initiative. Our aim is to offer these drivers and teams an added motivation to excel. The dedication required to travel week after week can be challenging and recognizing that effort is what makes it all worthwhile.”

The nine Cup events will take place at:
-Talladega Short Track, Alabama Gang 100, April 25-26
-Mississippi Thunder Speedway, Dairyland Showdown, May 1-3
-Marion Center Raceway, Connor Bobik Memorial, May 16-17
-Deer Creek Speedway, NAPA Auto Parts Gopher 50, July 3-5
-Fairbury Speedway, Prairie Dirt Classic, July 26
-Cedar Lake Speedway, USA Nationals, July 31-Aug. 2
-Tri-City Speedway, Battle by the Arch, Sept. 26-27
-Boothill Speedway, Bayou Classic, Oct. 10-11
-The Dirt Track at Charlotte, World of Outlaws World Finals, Nov. 6-8

Each is a marquee event on the 2025 schedule, and of them, six pay $50,000 or more to the Feature winner – Talladega, Mississippi Thunder, Deer Creek, Fairbury, Cedar Lake and Boothill. This year, the USA Nationals at Cedar Lake Speedway will make history as the first World of Outlaws Late Model event to award a six-figure payday with its guaranteed $100,000-to-win top prize.

The inaugural Coltman Farms Racing Cup champion will be determined after the season finale at the World of Outlaws World Finals in November and officially crowned during the 2025 World of Outlaws championship banquet.

In addition to the Cup, Coltman Farms Racing will have a presence at every World of Outlaws Late Model event as the team has joined the Series full-time with Tanner English piloting their house car program.
